    Program Overview

    This one-year Fellowship in Sports Medicine is designed to train healthcare professionals in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of sports-related injuries and musculoskeletal conditions. It combines theoretical foundations with practical exposure to athletic training, exercise physiology, and sports injury management in clinical and on-field environments.

    Module 5: Sports Injuries – Diagnosis & Management (Lower Limb)

    • Ankle sprains, Achilles tendonitis, plantar fasciitis

    • Hip and groin injuries

    • Kinesio taping, braces, and supports

    Module 6: Concussion, Head & Spine Injuries

    • Sports-related concussions: assessment & protocols

    • Spinal injuries and precautions in athletes

    • Neurological screenings and recovery plans

    Module 7: Sports Nutrition & Supplements
